Moondrop / Softears / German Maestro / Dual Earphone Warranty Terms

Your original product is covered by a limited warranty of twelve (12) months from the date of purchase. Moondrop / Softears / German Maestro / Dual guarantees that the product is free from faults in the materials, design and workmanship when it was sold to the purchaser. Proof of purchase must clearly state the date of purchase, name of the product and authorised re-sellers details.

Limited Warranty
The Warranty Period cannot be extended or renewed due to subsequent resale or replacement of the product.
Defective product replaced within the Limited Warranty Claim shall become the property of Moondrop / Softears / German Maestro / Dual.

What is not covered by the Limited Warranty?
Faults caused by wear and tear, accident, dropping, mechanical damage, damp, moisture, chemical products or abnormal impact damage.
Modification or repair by yourself or third party without Moondrop / Softears / German Maestro / Dual approval.

How to get Warranty Service?
If you wish to make a Warranty Claim within the Limited Warranty Period, you will need to provide original proof of purchase issued by authorised dealer. Any defective product covered by the Limited Warranty will be repaired or replaced free of charge.

How long is the normal repair period?

It should be around 30-45 days.

由於磨損、意外事故、掉落、機械性毀壞、潮濕、水氣、化工產品或異常撞擊,所造成的故障。
未經 Moondrop / Softears / German Maestro / Dual 同時下,自行或給第三者改裝或修理。

如何獲取保修服務?
若要在保修期內要求保修,您將需要提供由指定經銷商發出之購買憑證正本。任何故障產品在受限的保修範圍內,可享有免費維修或更換。
